Clear terms for operating inference with InferCrane.

These terms govern the InferCrane website, hosted console, and private-preview services. The open-source InferCrane software is governed separately by its Apache-2.0 license and applicable third-party licenses.

Who provides the service

InferCrane is an international service currently operated by Yasin Toy from Germany. In these terms, “InferCrane,” “we,” and “us” refer to that service. Questions about these terms may be sent to support@infercrane.com.

Accounts and organizations

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and API keys, and use the service only if you can legally accept these terms. If you create or join an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it. Organization owners are responsible for member access and activity.

Preview service and availability

Hosted InferCrane is currently a preview service. Features, limits, suppliers, and availability may change as the service is qualified. Unless a separate written order says otherwise, the preview has no service-level commitment. We will not describe an unmeasured configuration as qualified, and an unknown value remains unknown.

Your infrastructure and model providers

You remain responsible for cloud accounts, provider terms, model licenses, datasets, workloads, and credentials you connect. InferCrane may inspect configuration and availability while planning, but provider resources are changed only after an authorized execution step. You are responsible for reviewing a plan before executing it and for charges made by third-party providers in your account.

Model APIs and outputs

Model responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsafe for a particular use. You are responsible for evaluating outputs and applying appropriate human review, safeguards, and usage policies. The service is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

Acceptable use

Do not use InferCrane to break the law, violate another person's rights, bypass access controls, distribute malware, interfere with the service, probe systems without authorization, or conceal abusive traffic. You must also follow the acceptable-use and safety rules of each connected infrastructure or model provider.

Fees, credits, and third-party charges

If paid hosted features become available, prices and any spending ceiling are shown before purchase or execution. Prepaid credits are service credits, not cash or a bank balance, and the service will not intentionally transmit a paid supplier request without sufficient available credit. Refunds are provided where required by law or stated in a written order. Third-party infrastructure charges are billed under your agreement with that provider unless InferCrane explicitly states otherwise.

Privacy and security

Our Privacy Notice explains how personal data is handled. You must not submit secrets through fields that are not designated for credentials. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the hosted service at any time. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or infrastructure, respond to legal obligations, prevent abuse, or address a material breach. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, preview services are provided as available and without warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement. InferCrane is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by the preview service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

International use, governing law, and changes

InferCrane is offered to users in multiple countries, subject to applicable law and availability. German law governs these terms, but this does not remove protections that apply mandatorily in your country of residence. We may update these terms as the hosted service develops. Material changes will be announced through the service or by email before they take effect where required.
